Do I need to book in advance?

In order to fulfill the service to your complete satisfaction, please book 12 hours in advance.

How do I check order information after I close my browser?

Upon completion of payment, we will text a link to your mobile phone number. The link will provide full access to your order.

Will price change based on actual distance and duration traveled?

No. Our experienced local chauffeurs will take the best route based on traffic conditions on the ground. As a result, actual distance and duration of travel may vary from what was shown on the page when you order the service. However, our price on the order is fixed and will not change. Ou chauffeurs will get you to your destination safely and comfortably.

What should I do if I have more passengers and pieces of luggage exceeding the max?

Please contact us as soon as possible to make adjustment on your order and you may incur additional charges. Our chauffeurs and vehicles are not allowed to take on more passengers and luggage due to local laws, insurance policies and for your safety as well.
